Returns and Exchange
White and White shirts are created with meticulous attention to detail and quality. We appreciate though that distance buying can sometimes result in the need to exchange or return an item.
UK Returns and Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions;
- Items must be returned new, unused and with all the original garment tags attached.
- Garments must not be worn, used, stained or soiled with make–up.
- Garments must be returned in the original shirt plastic sleeve and full delivery packaging.
Please note that if any of the conditions stated above are not satisfied we may well have to reluctantly, send the garments back to you without any refund.
We will do our utmost to exchange items for a different size at no charge. However, all exchanges will be subject to stock availability at the time.
Step by step guide for returning purchases:
Please check your garment and make sure it satisfies all the conditions stated in UK Returns and Exchange Policy.
Please fold the shirt neatly back into the original plastic sleeve.
Please complete the Returns and Exchange form that was included in the original parcel sent to you together with your Order Invoice.
Please place everything (garment in plastic envelope, Order Invoice,Returns and Exchange form) into the original delivery packaging we sent to you and secure effectively.
For UK Returns we offer a complementary returns service with DHL:
Book a free collection with DHL by calling +44 (0) 844 248 0844. To ensure your return is covered by our UK complimentary returns service, place the returns shipment label (included with your garment in your original delivery packaging) on the front of the package you are returning.
Receiving a refund:
For those customers wishing to receive a full refund, subject to all Returns and Exchange Policy conditions being satisfied, a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on customers’ accounts as a result of varying processing times between payment providers.
International Returns and Exchange Policy:
Whilst all conditions outlined in the above UK Policy apply, we understand that International Returns can be more problematic. As an international customer, should you wish to return or exchange purchased items please contact us by emailing email@example.com for further details.
White and White regret that they are unable to cover the cost of returns from international destinations.
