I used to cringe when any one used to say it's a classic as it usually had connotations of being boring and old fashioned! Now there is a different appreciation of the word, especially when you add 'modern' it now stands for 'always relevant' in my book.
When someone walks past you in a pair of white jeans or chinos in a straight everyday cut that this season may be rolled up twice in stead of once to give a Cropped look, or a frayed hem e.g. not trying too hard, just a twist. The modern classic white shirt, pure cotton t-shirt or great piece of unbleached cashmere knitwear. Wardrobe additions that are versatile and perfectly season less .
Your wardrobe doesn't have to be complicated to be beautiful and timeless is what I am trying to say. Just base everything in that classics with modern twist section. Whether it is the length of the cuff, the forward seam detail and cut and sew finish on the t-shirt. Contrast ribs on your cashmere knitwear .
Well what I am describing is what white and white is all about, and the knitwear, jersey and indeed anything else that is in the pipeline. It will always be based on modern classic, timeless, elegant pieces. Noble yarns and luxury fabrics .
Always Keeping it relevant yet simple.
Never boring ,just effortlessly beautiful.
